Hanks Article

The Hanks article is highly opinionated, and apparently written by one who has opposed the CFO Act from the beginning. For objectivity, it should be removed and perhaps replaced by a more objective article, or counterbalanced by the opinion of an author who is in favor the the Act. 64.40.54.46 (talk) 06:37, 25 March 2014 (UTC)

Display of 24 agencies in columns

Why is the col-break where it is in the list of 24 agencies? I tried to edit page to add column headers "Subsection (a)(1) Agencies" and "Subsection (a)(2) Agencies" (you can see in edit that I reverted). But, somehow Wikipedia added a "content box" that messed up the formatting. But, without the headers the current col-break has an undisclosed meaning. - Mrdvt92 (talk) 12:35, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
