Russia in para 2[edit]

Someone reading the introduction would conclude that closed cities only exist in Russia. This paragraph needs to be globalised, or reduced, or moved to a different section. In addition, there are closed areas which are not cities. For example, Foulness Island in the UK (which is a how I arrived at this article) and “Area 51” in the US. I haven’t read this article fully, but wonder if the title is inaccurate. Humphrey Tribble (talk) 01:50, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
