There seems to be only one discussion page for "Open Skies" and "Open skies" It also seems as if Open Skies is more of a product advertisement than an article Kardous 16:27, 5 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Can anyone clarify this sentence from the article? "To illustrate the scope of the Treaty, Germany and Italy have to accept 12 overflights per year, while Russia (including Belarus) and the United States must permit 42 overflights each." It's useful except for the puzzling part about Russia including Belarus, given that they're separate countries. Did Russia and Belarus somehow bargain collectively for a total of 42 overflights above the two countries combined? 153.31.113.20 (talk) 13:48, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
