Start-Class Quality[edit]

I am unqualified to add content, but I recommend answering the following questions to improve the quality of the article:

  • What has been the reception to the proposals?
  • What is the current status of the proposals?
  • What opposition is there to the proposals?

Also, the section titled "previous proposals" is redundant with the "history" section -Celia Cunningham (talk) 18:55, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
