This article, and a few more I would like to develop, are taken from the 1907 Nutall Encyclopedia, currently being processed at Project Gutenberg's Distributed Proofreading site. In other words, it is from a public domain source. Personally, I hate it when people dump 1911 Britannica articles on Wikipedia. They are incredibly outdated, and the language is, well, antiquated. Nutall, however, is mostly stubbish articles, which are easy to update and fix up, while putting them in Wiki style. They should not be dumped here, however, they can be used as the basis for some stubbish article beginnings that hopefully will develop into full-fledged articles. Also, it is a chance to cover all sorts of topics that have been ignored until now. For now, I am only doing this one. I would like to see if anyone minds before I add a few more. So, whaddya think? Well, this seems like a perfectly good start to me - if the rest are like this, then go ahead and put them up, I say. --Camembert
