I'm afraid that there are a few problems with your edits on this article:

1. Wikipedia is an encyclopædia, and demands that its articles be written froma neutral point of view, couched in the sort of language one expects to find in a reference work. Thus, sentences like: "Led by the wise, endearing, and engaging Mark Melin", or: "CIDEF is believed by many to be the best place in the world to learn the French language (c'est une langue très riche après tout) in its purest form: l'accent Angevin" are not acceptable.
2. You've used some non-English translations from the French; I'm not entirely sure what a "scholastic year" is meant to be; it could be "an academic year" or "a year of study". I've guessed at the former; if it's the latter, let me know, and I can change it. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "an immersion of international students".
3. When another editor changes what you've written, don't just change it back with no explanation. At least explain in the "Edit summary" box, but it's better (especially when the changes are significant) to explain on the article's own Discussion page. Fair enough Mel. My motivations for insisting upon the information about the accent and for including a URL for CIDEF are twofold: I know that many college-aged students who are considering going abroad lack resources for gaining an understanding of the place they'd be going; if they are considering Angers I feel that an entry about CIDEF would benefit them and that links to CIDEF would be of use as well. Secondly, angevins take great pride in their accent and are well aware of its perception by their countrymen, the same as New Yorkers or Bostonians or Scotsmen, and for those considering study-abroad with the aim of attaining fluency in a foreign language it's important to have access to info about that as well.
