Hi. What IP do you want your edits reattributed from? 66.47.117.103 doesn't have any edits. Thanks Kate Turner | Talk 07:44, 2004 Sep 4 (UTC)

Um, 66.41.117.103 is what was mine. Mtnerd 15:02, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Iron Mike[edit]

Thanks for your addition to the Iron Mike article. I've done some cleaning up since then, and some more research on your Iron Mike, but I can't come up with any public domain photos. I've linked the section to an Air Force ROTC alumni site that has some pics, but linking to an Air Force site from the Iron Mike page seems... well, sacrilegious. ;)

If you have a digital camera, would you be willing to get a good photo and upload it so we could add it to the article? Kafziel 05:42, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Sadly, I don't have a digital camera. The AF guys aren't too bad, but try the University sites for the different ROTC units. [1]has a selection on that information.--Mtnerd 18:31, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I'll keep looking. Thanks for the addition to the article, though. I wrote it quite a while ago and hadn't gotten around to improving it, so knowing someone else had read it actually gave me the kick in the ass I needed to make it better. Kafziel 18:36, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thought you might be interested to know that I found the real name of your Iron Mike and a photo of the same statue at the Smithsonian. The article is updated accordingly. Kafziel 23:20, 3 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Medusa (Honorverse)[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Medusa (Honorverse), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? --EEMIV (talk) 03:26, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice

The article Lego Adventurers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Turns out that the only sourcing for this was brickset.com, a fansite for Lego boxes. Great site, don't get me wrong. So, another Lego theme without secondary sourcing, one of many things that exist in the world without rising to notability per GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
