One oversight I just can't tolerate - Zell's like of hot dogs only exists in the American version of FFVIII. In Japan, it was bread. Ergo, don't read into that. --L. 21:48, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Didn't Nomura deny the homosexuality rumor in an interview in Ultimania's guide?[edit]

It's in the Ultimania guide, an official guide from SquareEnix (or Squaresoft at the time) which is released in Japan. Yes, it was denied and as such, the previous article was incorrect. I have updated the article to include this information, and I've removed any information which is either erronous or did not have a citation. While I was at it, I also tidied up the page layout, making it that much easier to navigate. i just heard from a friend of mine that Zell was very undeniably attracted to Squall in the Japanese version of the game... anyone know anything about this? Blueaster 17:14, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it was in a scene when Squall saves Zell by taking out Galbadian soldiers cornering him, Zell got down to his knees and started to hug Squall's legs to thank him. Squall was not very pleased and had to hit him on the head with the hilt of his gunblade to make him let go of him. Afterdeath 10:10, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
