Delete note[edit]

Thanks. I have put a delete note - Yogi July 6, 2005 13:30 (UTC)

Re: Oops![edit]

It's ok... we all make mistakes... my mistake was that I thought that was intentional, and your mistake was replacing that particular content. All that matters is that it's been fixed. Please be a little more careful in the future... but don't let this deter you from continuing to repair damage done by mistake and/or on purpose on Wikipedia. --Chanting Fox 17:55, 9 Jun 2005 (UTC)

RfA thanks[edit]

Thank you for your support for my adminship. The prospect of never again having to type out "rv vandalism" is getting more appealing every day. Cheers, -Willmcw 07:40, Jun 24, 2005 (UTC)

Overalls[edit]

Hi. You listed overalls as needing a picture. What sort of picture did you have in mind -- the bib and brace type, or the boilersuit type (I can supply both)? I could upload one of someone wearing them, or an unworn pair. Stuz 8 July 2005 16:38 (UTC)

  • OK, I'll see what I can do over the next few days. Stuz 8 July 2005 17:15 (UTC)
  • I've added a pic of the bib and brace type. I decided not to model them. I'm still working on coveralls -- my camera doesn't seem to want to focus on them for some reason! Stuz 11:13, 12 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for expanding the info on the article. Evil MonkeyHello 20:05, July 13, 2005 (UTC)

Ice spikes picture[edit]

Hi Ghakko. Good work on the ice spike article. I just wanted to quickly follow up with you on the picture Image:Ice spike.jpg that accompanies the article. The copyright notice says that the image, though copyrighted, may be used for 'any purpose'. The copyright page on Kenneth Libbrecht's site says,

"If you want to publish something from this website on your non-commercial website, please ask permission and please include a link to SnowCrystals.com."

That looks like one of the other copyright tags from Wikipedia:Image_copyright_tags#General_non-free_licenses might be more applicable, unless you've received special permission from Libbrecht to release the image under a more general license...? TenOfAllTrades(talk) 03:31, 22 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, excellent! It's a great picture, and I'm glad it's in the clear. Thanks for the prompt reply, TenOfAllTrades(talk) 03:41, 22 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

dablink[edit]

A query from somebody who has fallen behind on the tech stuff: what does the "dablink" link do? I see you put one in "by the pricking of my thumbs" - DavidWBrooks 18:08, 25 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Filesystem infobox[edit]

Hi, I and AlistairMcMillan were also working in a filesystem infobox as you did implemented.

I think we should work together to get a consistent unique and pretty (I insist, nor yours nor alistair's one are pretty xD) infobox for filesystem features.

Yours isn't bad, but the design of ours is more consistent with others infoboxes used in Wikipedia.

Changes you did in HFS+[edit]

Hi,

How did you calculate the time limits, it seems you put the old HFS limits. In HFS+ dates changed to reflect seconds from 1 January 1970 00:00:00 like UNIX derivated filesystems, as far as I know, and also doesn't seem to be within binary numbers.

Regards, Claunia 05:48, 20 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Just checked, forgot it Claunia 05:54, 20 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Arla (file system)[edit]

You left a cleanup notice on Arla (file system) some time ago. It looks to me like it may have been cleaned up. I'm going to remove the cleanup notice and stub notice after I skim the project page and add anything I see relevant. If you think it still needs help, please make some suggestions in the change history and/or talk page. Thanks! --ssd 02:29, 14 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly unfree Image:Ice spike.jpg[edit]

Invalid reverts[edit]

On the Logical volume management you've just reverted other people's valid edits (including mine) and rewritten them on your own. I provided a link to Help:Reverting, which you ignored. It states clearly Do not revert good faith edits. Another quote If you feel the edit is unsatisfactory, improve it rather than simply reverting or deleting it! You've failed to understand Wikipedia policy on reverts and you've proven it by reverting once again. I'm walking away hoping that one day you will get a clue... --Kubanczyk 05:45, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pro-ana edits[edit]

Hi there; I've left a note on the Pro-ana discussion page about your recent edits (regarding the controversy section). I was wondering if you'd be willing to clear up my question there. Thanks! --fauxcouture<T> 20:39, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
