Hello Alahan, welcome to Wikipedia.

You might find these links helpful: How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Naming conventions, Manual of Style. You should read our policies at some point too.

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Help desk or (if you want a broader audience) the village pump, or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

  • You can introduce yourself on the new users page.
  • You can find lots more information, including open tasks and daily tips, at the Community Portal.
  • You can sign your name using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.
  • Before saving a page, it's a good idea to use the Show preview button to review your edits. Also, consider writing a summary for each edit.
  • The Tutorial is a great way to learn the basics in a more perspicuous fashion.

Again, welcome! Chris Roy 01:29, 3 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]

Tag OC image.[edit]

Hi, I noticed that the image you uploaded Octitlescreen does not currently have a copyright tag. Its probably {{fairuse}}, but if you wouldn't mind deciding and adding the tag yourself that would be great. Thanks. -- elykyllek 21:16, Nov 9, 2004 (UTC)

Non-free use disputed for Image:BeverlyHillsSingle.jpg[edit]

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:BeverlyHillsSingle.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BigrTex 17:50, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Inquisitor (search software), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Inquisitor (search software). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Pcap ping 12:00, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
