Main engine shutdown on pad[edit]

I suggest you add STS 41D. 73.32.71.188 (talk) 14:13, 29 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The tables make the article hard to read.[edit]

The very squashed descriptions and height of each entry makes it harder to read than normal paragraphs. Lengthy descriptions seem inappropriate in a table. Netanyahuserious (talk) 07:55, 13 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Boundary of space & Number of people in Space[edit]

Currently In Astronaut Fatalities During Spaceflight, the number of people that have been to space (and thus the fatality rate) is using the USAF's definition of space instead of the Kármán Line, which is what most countries use to define the boundary of space. I suggest we change the number to fit what most countries would recognize as the definition of space. However, if we do this we would need to reconsider if the X-15's and Virgin Galactic's failures were still "spaceflight", as they never intended to cross the Kármán Line.
