George W. Bush[edit]

Hi. You have removed a significant portion of text from George W. Bush. Since you did not give an explanation, the text you removed has since been restored. In the future if you wish to remove text that isn't clear vandalism, please follow this four step guide.

  1. Copy the portion of text you wish to remove to your clipboard but do not remove it from the article just yet.
  2. Paste the text onto the corresponding talk page under an appropriate heading.
  3. Underneath, give a detailed argument as to why you feel the article could do without the text.
  4. You can now remove the text in the article as well as write in the edit summary a small snippet of what you removed followed by an ellipsis and to "see the talk page for details".

Following this four step guide will provide other contributors with the opportunity to peer review your removal and allow the opportunity for multiple opinions. Making future edits in this fashion will prevent other contributor's submissions from vanishing onto the Wikipedia cutting room floor without explanation.
