Request reason:

No clear reason was given for the block; I have updated my email address and changed my password, so any supposed compromise of my account should be over now. Looking through my change history, the last thing I did was in 2010, reverting vandalism on an article.

Decline reason:

The problem is that when an account is compromised we have no way of telling whether the changes to the password has been made by the original account holder or the person who may have hijacked it. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 19:26, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
