User:Ikkakujyu

Heeeey, look at this. It's a user page.

I am known as Ikkakujyu across the entire web, except on MySpace. It's a mistransliteration of the Japanese 一角獣(ikkakujū), which is an archaic translation of unicorn. Lucky for me, nobody else seems to use it.

I was born in 1986 and currently reside in San Diego, CA. My interests are wide and varied; as far as Wikipedia goes, I mainly use it as a tool to sharpen my ability in various languages. My Babel plate should indicate my current skill levels, though, alas, I have been declining in Lojban and Japanese, while German is slowly increasing. Other languages I am considering are Hindi, Sanskrit, Russian, and Verdurian.

Other interests include computer programming (especially as of May, 2007), Linux, obsolete Apple computers, cutting-edge Apple computers, conworld creation, calligraphy, alternative orthographies, video games, fashion design, vector art, music, geology, astronomy, quantum mechanics, writing, metalwork, and (to some extent) fencing.

One of my ambitions is to make that Babel boilerplate fall off the bottom of the page.
