Changed some of the text. Most court systems (even in developed democratic nations) don't use jury trials and have very broad rules regarding hearsay. Roadrunner 08:57, 6 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Legal System ambiguity[edit]

The Wikipedia article about the Nuremberg trials states that "The trial was held under modified common law."

This Wikipedia article states that the criminal procedures were closer to civil law than to common law.

In my opinion, this needs to be cleared up as it is not clear which legal system was actually the basis. Amp2001 (talk) 07:18, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
