I am finishing a large work about Famille de Courcy on French Wikipedia, if you read French, and I am going to make some changes on John de Courcy, French Wikipedia. I should not move on the English version you began, I prefer to let you make the changes.

Most important : he was not a brother of William III (problem of chronology) as Steve Flanders states. And it is necessary to add details about his very confused succession. The late lord Kingsale was a very good friend and gave me some valuable information.

If you are interested in American Independence history, I suggest you look at my notice John Holker Jr. He was my great-grand-uncle and my American colleagues told me they learned many things in reading it. Parts of it are in English...
